Snowdonia Donkeys
As well as our passion for sustainability and the environment we felt we should look at the moral and ethical aspects of our business. As part of this we looked to find a local charity partner that we felt would benefit from the use of our Blue Ribbon Horse Bedding. We are delighted to say that Snowdonia Donkeys is that charity, and we began our relationship with them in January 2020.
Not only do Snowdonia Donkeys do great work in rehoming and looking after donkeys and support and assist local people who own donkeys, but they provide an amazing environment for people to interact with the donkeys which is proven to improve their health and wellbeing. We are very proud to be associated with them. After all who doesn’t love a donkey?
Established in 2013, Snowdonia Donkeys is a small charity based near Bangor. It is a volunteer led organisation that provides contact sessions for people to interact with donkeys to improve their health and wellbeing. It also provides a rehoming scheme for donkeys in need and support for local people who own donkeys.
